Distance Can’t Divide Us, Bono Ghana Flies Out To Celebrate With Cote D’Ivoire Bonohemaa
The Bono people of Ghana have selected representatives to visit the queen mother of Bono people of Cote d’Ivoire, Bonohemaa HRM Prof. Nana Akua Kalia Adaye, to celebrate her birthday with her.
The Bono people are part of the Akan ethnic group in Ghana and are spread across the African continent in many countries such as Nigeria, Benin, Togo and Cote d’Ivoire.
In other to establish a strong cordial relationship with other people of the Bono tribe across the boundaries of Ghana, the Bono people of Ghana selected representatives from Ghana to visit Cote d’Ivoire to celebrate the Bono queen mother.
In their special message, the Ghana representatives of the Bono people in Ghana said;
“Happy birthday to Bonohemaa of Côte d’lvoire
A special day dedicated to Bonohemaa HRM Prof. Nana Akua Kalia Adaye of Côte d’lvoire. Indeed you deserve to be celebrated for the great leadership exhibited and still doing. Geographical boundary is artificial, boundaries can’t divine us, for blood is thicker. All of from Aduana clan wish you well, including all Akans from Ghana.
They also praised for long life and good health to the queen mother. Some photos were sent home after the ceremony.
